Tax Asaan – Point of Sale (POS) Prize Draw and Invoice Verification

FBR has introduced monthly rewards for the taxpayers through a prize draw system on purchases from any Tier1 retailer such as METRO.

Point of Sale dashboard in Tax Asaan provides options for users to verify their invoices for participating in FBR’s month prize draw.
From Tax Asaan home page, click on “POINT OF SALE” option.
Tax Asaan will redirect user on “Point of Sale Dashboard.
From application dashboard, click on “Verify Invoice” option from Tax Asaan App menu or App.
Enter the invoice number or directly click on scan icon to scan the barcode. Provide your CNIC,select your mobile network, and enter your Cell No, in given fields.
The application will display a dialogue box notifying you that an SMS verification code has been senton provided mobile phone number. Click “Ok” to continue.
In case, Verification Code SMS is not received on provided Cell Number, then send an SMSwith “MSG” to 9966 to get the Verification Code.
Once received, enter the 6-digit Pin code and click “Verify” button.
After verification, application will load success message along with details of Invoice.
