Terms & Conditions 

 

  • Loyalty program will be activated after your first purchase. 
  • A customer can earn up to 1,200 loyalty points per month.
  • Valid for private customers only.
  • Points are credited after successful completion of a purchase.
  • Points will expire if not redeemed after 90 days of shopping.
  • Expired points will not be reinstated.
  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Points are earned only on eligible products, selected categories may be excluded.
  • Exclusions: METRO Post & Active Promotions, Oil & Ghee, Motorbikes, Hampers, and Qurbani Animals.
  • Membership is free of charge.
  • Membership may be suspended or terminated in case of misuse or fraudulent activity.
  • Separate program available for B2B customers.
  • METRO reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program and its benefits at any time without prior notice.
  • Loyalty points are valid for in-store purchases only and cannot be earned or redeemed on METRO Online.
  • Points will not be awarded on cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged purchases.
  • Points have no monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, pledged, or inherited.
  • If redeemed points were used against a purchase that is subsequently returned, METRO reserves the right to adjust or recover the redeemed points or their equivalent value.
  • METRO shall not be liable for loss of loyalty points resulting from unauthorized access where the customer has failed to safeguard their account information.
  • METRO shall not be responsible for delays or failure to credit or redeem loyalty points due to technical failures, system maintenance, network interruptions, or events beyond its reasonable control.
