Basic Campaign Parameters

• Campaign Period: 30th July 2026 to 26th August 2026
• Eligibility: B2C customers only.
• Minimum Purchase Value: PKR 10,000 per invoice.
• Entry Mechanism: Every eligible invoice of PKR 10,000 or above qualifies as one (1) entry into the lucky draw.
• No Maximum Shopping Limit: There is no upper limit on the shopping value of an eligible invoice.
• Lucky Draw Frequency: Winners will be selected through a daily lucky draw throughout the campaign period.
• One Win Per Customer: Each customer is eligible to win only once during the entire campaign.

Eligibility

• Customers must be registered members of the METRO Club Loyalty Program (if they are not a member, they should register to participate).
• A minimum purchase of PKR 10,000 in a single invoice is required to qualify.
• Only purchases made during the campaign period are eligible.
• This campaign is open to B2C customers only.
• Purchases made through METRO Online are also eligible, provided all campaign conditions are met.

Campaign Period

The campaign will run from 30th July 2026 to 26th August 2026.

Only purchases completed and recorded during this period will be considered eligible for the daily lucky draws.

Participation

• Customers must present or have their METRO Club Loyalty Membership linked to their purchase at the time of checkout.
• Each eligible invoice qualifies as one lucky draw entry.
• The higher the number of eligible purchases, the greater the chances of winning.
• Each customer may win only once during the campaign. Once declared a winner, any remaining entries for that customer will not be considered in subsequent draws.

Lucky Draw & Prizes

• Winners will be selected through a computerized random lucky draw conducted daily.
• More than 100 exciting prizes will be awarded during the campaign, including but not limited to:
• Motorbikes
• LED TVs
• Smartphones
• Washing Machines
• Air Conditioners
• Grocery Vouchers
• Other promotional prizes as determined by METRO
• Prize categories and quantities may vary by draw date.
• Winners will be contacted using the contact details available in their METRO Club profile.

Prize Collection

• Winners may be required to present a valid CNIC and proof of purchase before claiming their prize.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise determined by METRO.

General Terms

• METRO reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and winning entries.
• Any fraudulent, duplicate, altered, or suspicious transaction may be disqualified.
• Employees of METRO Pakistan and any agencies directly associated with this campaign may not be eligible to participate, subject to METRO's internal policy.

Legal Clause

• METRO reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• By participating in the campaign, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with METRO's Privacy Policy.
• METRO shall not be liable for any technical, system, or human errors affecting participation or the draw process.
• METRO reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions or involved in any fraudulent activity.
• In the event of circumstances beyond METRO's reasonable control, METRO reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

METRO's decision regarding participant eligibility, winner selection, and all matters relating to the campaign shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
