2. From Customer Entrance obtain Customer Registration Form. (Alternatively you can print it out from the links below)

3. Fill in the form (you may ask for assistance from the staff available at customer entrance desks)

4. With the customer registration form attach a copy of the proof of your business (e.g. business NTN registration certificate,  Sales tax registration or registration with any trade body or Government organization etc) and National Identity Card

5. You will receive your permanent Customer Card instantly
